  • Shree Balaji Foods – Our Story –
  • In 2018, Mrs. Deepti Amol Khedekar founded Shree Balaji Foods on the west coast of India in Ratnagiri. The company began as a small frozen seafood & surimi distribution company. 2019 started importer of food-grade enzymes and 2024 gradually expanded into its own manufacturing operations.
  • Located in the world-famous Alphonso mango region, Shree Balaji Foods started producing premium mango pulp, capturing the authentic taste and delicacy that Ratnagiri is known for globally.
  • Recognizing India’s strength in the seafood sector—especially the demand for surimi in Japan and the USA—the company diversified into surimi-based imitation products. It also offers consulting services for the surimi industry, including new product development and technical expertise.
  • Shree Balaji Foods further broadened its product portfolio by launching freshly grated coconut and frozen parotta.
